Compression mold tooling is constantly changing as new and recycled materials are formed for use in everyday products. CS Tool Engineering is constantly working on tooling methods to help advance these new materials with forming techniques and in-tool trimming. Minimizing material waste within the forming operation is a large challenge that we continue to help develop.

 

CS Tool Engineering also has a collaboration agreement with the Italian press and tool builder Persico S.p.A. Persico for many years has supplied complete press and tooling systems for compression molding around the world. Our collaborative agreement enables us to support Persico built tooling that may need repair or engineering changes here in the United States of America.
